From there, we dive into research, sourcing natural ingredients carefully and thoughtfully, a process that can take several weeks. Next, we develop samples and share them with a dedicated consumer testing group.
Once the formula is perfected, it undergoes formal stability and preservative testing, safety assessment and if needed, claims testing, to validate the product’s performance.
While testing is underway, we focus on labelling, packaging, marketing, and supply chain planning, making sure every detail aligns with our mission.
From concept to a market-ready product, this thoughtful process typically takes 12-24 months. Every step reflects our commitment to intentional beauty, transparency, and products that truly support your curls.
Caring for your curls goes hand in hand with caring for the planet. All orders are shipped in 100% recyclable boxes, and we are proud to support reforestation by planting trees. Our packaging continues to evolve too, with up to 70% plastic-free materials, helping us reduce our environmental footprint while maintaining product integrity.
