Directions

A guide for maximised results!

Step 1 - Cleanse

Coconut Mint Scalp Refresh Shampoo
Wet hair thoroughly. Pump a generous amount of the cleanser into your palms and massage it well into your scalp. Leave the product on your scalp for 2-3 minutes. Rinse out thoroughly with warm water.
Step 2 - Condition

Coconut Mint Curl Refresh Conditioner
After cleansing your hair, gently blot excess water from your hair. Apply a generous amount of conditioner to the hair with a focus on the ends. Place a shower cap on and leave on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse out thoroughly with warm water and style as usual.

Good product for itchy scalp

Used a couple of times and scalp less itchy, conditioner is excellent, needed quite a bit of shampoo as doesn’t seem to foam up as readily as some but that’s probably how it’s meant to be

Light, refreshing and curl enhancing

I really love this combo it is soothing on my scalp and enhances my curls even before I use any products. To the extent that if I’m only after one day curls I don’t need anything else.

It light leaving a good lather and next to no build up and kind enough to use every day. It’s also surprisingly wallet friendly.

Simply amazing!

Smells amazing! But my scalp and hair are so very grateful for this amazing product. Prior to using my scalp would get quite itchy and irritated a day after washing but this product has relieved that and I simply wash my hair when it needs it not because my scalp feels irritated. Thank you flora and curl, another fabulous product for my curls 🫶

Poor product, poor containers, poor return experience

Curlies, do yourself a favor and skip this bundle and company. The 30-day guarantee is a joke. They took 2 weeks to ship the product (I believe this is intentional), so in reality I had 14 days to try it. They do not make this clear. My curl results were abysmal. My hair became incredibly dried out and brittle from the "soothe" line (worse than with any non-curly products). The conditioner pumps didn’t work (neither the bottle pump nor the extra pump they sent). Moreover, the conditioner is actually a mask; you need to leave it on for 10 minutes or longer. Contacting them 34 days after my purchase date but 24 days after their ship date / 20 days after my receipt date resulted in “unfortunately we would be unable to accept a return for a refund as it is now outside of the 30 days”. This company does not value their customers or stand behind their products. This was the worst curly shampoo and conditioner I've tried out.
