  • What happens after my order?

      Upon the placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. We aim to process your order for shipping within 1-2 working days. 

      You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped, with tracking information included. 

      Orders are processed for shipping on working days (Monday - Friday and excluding U.K. public holidays). 

      Estimated delivery times commence from the date of shipping and delivery times remain at the responsibility of the courier.

      Please note that buyers are responsible for any custom charges related to shipments, if they apply.

      Please note that once your order has left for shipping and is in the hands of the postal courier, Flora & Curl cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur during shipping including delays.

  • Where is my order?

      We can’t wait for you to get your hands on the products! Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which includes a link to track your order.

      Orders destined within the USA usually arrive within 7 business days. Orders going to Canada usually arrive within 10 to 15 business days.

      Most items arrive within the estimated delivery times stated above. If you have not received your item in the usual time, don’t worry as delays do occasionally occur. However you can please e-mail us and we will investigate with the courier.

  • Can I return an item?

      We are confident that you will be delighted with your product, but should you wish to return an item for a refund, we are happy to help.

      All orders are backed by our 30-Day Curl Satisfaction Guarantee. If you don't love your purchase in the first 30 days after receiving it, we will issue you a refund.

      Products purchased during store-wide promotional sales, are final sales and cannot be returned for a refund. The products are excluded from our Curl Satisfaction Guarantee. Floracurl.com offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on regularly priced items only. All products in an order made in line with the tiered birthday discount, including those for a free product, are not eligible for return

  • How do I return an item?

      To initiate a return, simply enter your email and order number in our new Returns Portal to get started. This will guide you through the automated process. All returns requests will be reviewed ahead of approval. Please note: you must return your order within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

      Please note: we cannot refund any original shipping costs and we will not cover the cost to return to us - these return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

      If you wish to return a product that was purchased anywhere other than floracurl.com, please reference that specific retailer’s return policy for instructions on how to do so.

  • My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

      Sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged. We apologise for the inconvenience caused as we want you to receive your products and use them. We try our best to provide an exceptional service, however some factors such as rough shipping and handling by the courier are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.

      If your order was placed through floracurl.co.uk, please contact us at hello@floracurl.com with your order number, picture(s) and description of the damage. We will advise you of the next steps.

      Upon our confirmation of the damage, at your choice, you will receive a replacement or a full refund to your original method of payment.

  • What happens if I miss a delivery?

      If you miss the delivery a card will be left by the courier and they will attempt to deliver the next business day up to 3 times.

      For products returned to us by the courier, due to failure to collect/receive the parcel or due to an incorrect or non-existing delivery address, it can take any time up to 3 weeks for the courier to return the parcel to us as a result of non-delivery. Once received, a refund of the goods minus the original cost of shippingwill be issued to you. 

      Alternatively, your order can be re-shipped at a shipping cost.
