  • What happens after my order?

      Upon the placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. We aim to process your order for shipping within 1-2 working days. 

      You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped, with tracking information included. 

      Orders are processed for shipping on working days (Monday - Friday and excluding U.K. public holidays). 

      Estimated delivery times commence from the date of shipping and delivery times remain at the responsibility of the courier.

  • Where is my order?

      We can’t wait for you to get your hands on the products! Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which includes a link to track your order.

      Orders destined within the USA usually arrive within 7 business days. Orders going to Canada usually arrive within 10 to 15 business days.

      Most items arrive within the estimated delivery times stated above. If you have not received your item in the usual time, don’t worry as delays do occasionally occur. However you can please e-mail us and we will investigate with the courier.

  • Can I return an item?

      We are confident that you will be delighted with your product, but should you wish to return an item for a refund, we are happy to help.

      All orders are backed by our 30-Day Curl Satisfaction Guarantee. If you don't love your purchase in the first 30 days after receiving it, you can simply return it and we will issue you a refund, no questions asked.

      We are confident in the results of our products and stand behind them - and we want you to be satisfied.

  • How do I return an item?

      The items must be returned to us within 30 days of the goods being delivered to you.

      To initiate a return, simply forward your order confirmation e-mail or proof of purchase, with your reason for return to hello@floracurl.com. We will advise you of the next steps. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Please note that we will not cover your cost of returning the item to us.

      Once your returned item has been received, the item value will be refunded to your original form of payment within 10 business days and you will be notified via e-mail. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

      If you wish to return a product that was purchased anywhere other than floracurl.com, please reference that specific retailer’s return policy for instructions on how to do so.

  • My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

      Sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged. We apologise for the inconvenience caused as we want you to receive your products and use them. We try our best to provide an exceptional service, however some factors such as rough shipping and handling by the courier are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.

      If your order was placed through floracurl.co.uk, please contact us at hello@floracurl.com with your order number, picture(s) and description of the damage. We will advise you of the next steps.

      Upon our confirmation of the damage, at your choice, you will receive a replacement or a full refund to your original method of payment.

  • What happens if I miss a delivery?

      If you miss the delivery a card will be left by the courier and they will attempt to deliver the next business day up to 3 times.

      For products returned to us by the courier, due to failure to collect/receive the parcel or due to an incorrect or non-existing delivery address, it can take any time up to 3 weeks for the courier to return the parcel to us as a result of non-delivery. Once received, a refund of the goods minus the original cost of shippingwill be issued to you. 

      Alternatively, your order can be re-shipped at a shipping cost.
