Standard shipping is $7, and is free on all orders over $50 (5-7 business days).

We currently only ship within the U.S.

  • What happens after my order?

      Upon the placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

      We aim to process your order for shipment within 1-2 business days

      You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped, with tracking information included. 

      Orders are processed for shipping on business days (Monday - Friday and excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery times commence from the date of shipping and delivery times remain at the responsibility of the courier.

      Please note that once your order has left for shipping and is in the hands of the postal courier, Flora & Curl cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur during shipping including delays.

  • Where is my order?

      Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which includes a link to track your order.

      Orders destined within the USA usually arrive within 7 business days.

      Most items arrive within the estimated delivery times stated above.If you have not received your item in the usual time, don’t worry as delays do occasionally occur. However you can please e-mail us and we will investigate with the courier.

  • What if I didn't get the results I expected?

      We'd absolutely love to support you in getting the best out of your products!

      We also have helpful video tutorials available for all of our product ranges showcasing application and results on different types of textures.

      Remember practice makes perfect! Experimenting with products is all part of the process and can be so much fun. We are here to help every step of the way to help you to find the perfect curl routine!

  • What is your returns process?

      We want you to love your Flora & Curl experience. If for any reason you’d like to return an item for a refund, we’re happy to help.
      Please initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify.

      How do I return an item?

      Refunds are applicable only on unused products. To begin the process, please email us at hello@floracurl.com. Our team will be happy to assist and offer personalised advice to help you get the most from your products before proceeding with your return if needed.
      Please note the following:

      • Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs, and any original shipping costs from your initial order are non-refundable.
      • Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 10 business days once your return has been received and confirmed.
      • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

      If you wish to return a product purchased through another retailer, please refer to that retailer's own return policy for instructions.

  • My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

      Sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged. We apologise for the inconvenience caused as we want you to receive your products and use them. We try our best to provide an exceptional service, however some factors such as rough shipping and handling by the courier are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.

      If your order was placed through floracurl.com, please contact us at hello@floracurl.com with your order number, picture(s) and description of the damage. We will advise you of the next steps.

      Upon our confirmation of the damage, at your choice, you will receive a replacement or a full refund to your original method of payment.

  • What happens if I miss a delivery?

      If you miss the delivery a card will be left by the courier and they will attempt to deliver the next business day up to 3 times.

      For products returned to us by the courier, due to failure to collect/receive the parcel or due to an incorrect or non-existing delivery address, it can take any time up to 3 weeks for the courier to return the parcel to us as a result of non-delivery. Once received, a refund of the goods minus the original cost of shipping will be issued to you. 

      Alternatively, your order can be re-shipped at a shipping cost.

  • I placed a pre-order. What can I expect?

      We are excited about the demand for our products, and provide the option to pre-order it so that we can allocate your order.

      If you have placed an order for an item that is currently on pre-order, please allow the lead time shown on the product page for your full order to be shipped. 

      Please note that we are unable to ship partial orders and therefore the item within a bundle or order that is on pre-order will be shipped with the rest of your order to support our warehouse efficiency while ensuring you are one of the first to receive the item when it becomes available. 

  • Do you ship to my country?

      We currently ship within the US only. We do not currently ship to the rest of the Americas.

      We ship from our UK website globally. You can visit this website by toggling the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page.

      Our UK website ships from the UK to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Jersey, Ireland, Isle Of Man, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Arab Emirates.
