We offer flat standard shipping at £8.99. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for delivery.

EUROPE
We offer flat standard shipping at £7.99. Please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery. 

Other Destinations
Shipping starts at £12.99. Please allow 20 - 30 working days for delivery.

Rates provided are for all parcels below 2kg. Parcels over 2kg will be calculated at check out.

What happens after my order?
Upon placement of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation email. You will receive another confirmation once we have shipped your order. Orders are processed for delivery on Mon - Fri. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and receiving the order.

What is your exchange and return policy? 
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Flora & Curl purchase, you can return the item within 15 days of purchase and get a full refund (minus shipping). If you have received your order and need to discuss a return, please contact us here.  To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition you received it.
