Would like to return full size product. Received sachet free with bundle & product doesn’t work with my hair, is too heavy and weighs it down, almost to the point of being greasy. I have used the curl defining gel and volume mousse for a few years now and they work great, alone. The curl activating gel does not improve these products, it makes hair flat and limp, regardless of how much or how little I use.

We completely understand how disappointing it is when a new product doesn't deliver the results you were hoping for, especially when you've had such a positive experience with our Curl Defining Gel and Curl Volumizing Foam over the years.
We generally recommend taking a 'less is more' approach when using our products and building up the product gradually if needed, as using too much can sometimes leave finer or easily weighed-down hair feeling flat. That said, we appreciate that every head of hair is unique, and sometimes a product simply isn't the right match.

I've bought alot of products for my daughters Curley hair and they never worked, these are the only products that work, they give a lovely curl and not sticy to brush out, very happy, will definitely buy again

This product is absolutely brilliant- the combo of the cream and the gel means that once it has dried and has been scrunched my curls are beautiful.
Only thing I would say needs improving is the smell. Whilst the smell isn’t strong, it doesn’t smell amazing like some other products. However, the smell will not stop me continuing to use the product as it makes my curls so nice

I expected from the video that my curls would be revitalised but it does no better than my shockwaves curl booster at £3 does not do what you advertise very poor

I really do love this. I love the smell and the feel however I only wash once a week and I wish this had a bit more umph to it. I will stick with it though as I have not found something to replace it.

Lovely combo. Works well on my fine curls. Gel followed with the cream and diffuse dry. More cream once dry and I am good for the week. I find that it gives enough volume and it is not crunchy. Though you can always scrunch out the crunch anyways.

Not great. Shampoo left my hair feeling very matted and rough, conditioner helped a little but I found the styling items made my hair feel heavy and curls did not hold

Finally found my product!
I’ve been using the cream with the gel on top so far.
It goes on great. It holds my curls - other products just seem to disappear during the day leaving frizz behind.
Other products tend to make my hair darker & more dull - this leaves me with my natural colour & shine.
Only need to use a bit! So although it may seem expensive because of the amount I’m using it’ll probably work out better value than other brands I’ve used. I once bought some expensive stuff from the hairdresser - didn’t work anywhere near as well & cost twice the price.
And the smell? It’s divine! One of my patients like to sniff peoples hair so she’s loving it too!
So far I’ve put it through its paces with a lift in my sisters convertible (held up really well! I was so impressed!)
Sleeping with the fan on & no silk bonnet because it was too warm - (silk pillow cases stayed) haven’t woken up on a morning looking like I have a nest on my head with the cream & gel combo.
Ran a hot & humid 10K - my pony tail still looked good at the end of the run. (Obviously I washed it! It was sweaty! But it looked good enough for the post run brunch & coffee)
Love the serum it’s working well on my hair and smells lovely too but the dispense pump does not work properly and is very hard to press down I’ve having to take it off to use it which is not good.
In my opinion it’s a bad design even though it looks good

I was really disappointed with the products. The curl lotion didn’t add any curl at all to my naturally wavy hair, the gel was way too runny and the foam just made my hair feel sticky.
