This has changed my mind regarding curly hair products!!! Tried loads over the years and ended up straightening my hair because I just couldn't find decent products, especially that did what they said!!! This kit is fantastic!!!!! Though where in the past I have had to overload my hair with products to control it, I am learning with this, that less definitely works better!!! Might be more than I'd initially like to pay, but knowing now how good these products are and learning how much (i.e not plastering it on!!l to use it amazing. I'm learning to love my curls again, finally!!!!!

I have naturally curly/wavy hair that I've straightened for years. However, I've decided to change my hair style up and now wear it between natural and straight looks. The curl set is very good and does enhance curls. When it's discounted, it's a bonus. Nice scent and not too overpowering.

It took me a few goes to work out the best order that I should use the products as I got different results but now Ive worked it out I can change things around according to the look im after.

Unfortunately I’m quite disappointed, it took 26 days from ordering to receive my products, which was 2 days ago & I used them for the first time yesterday. I’d been really excited to receive and then use them to get the lovely soft voluminous curls shown in the videos, my curls aren’t any different apart from being slightly hard and crunchy. I’m hoping it may be a be better with my next use, as I wouldn’t of spent this kind of money if I’d of thought this is the result I was going to get

Firstly, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait longer than expected for your order, especially when you were excited to try the products. We can see after placing your order with us on December 20th, we dispatched it on December 22nd and this reached you on January 7th. Sadly, during the Christmas and New Year perio, Royal Mail were operating on a very disrupted schedule which caused delays outside of our control. That said, we’re genuinely sorry this wasn’t the smooth experience you were expecting.
In terms of the results, we’re also sorry to hear that your first use didn’t give you the soft, voluminous curls you’d hoped for. When curls feel hard or crunchy, it’s often due to using slightly more product than your hair needs or not scrunching out the cast once the hair is fully dry. Our gel and foam are designed to create a light cast initially, which helps hold the curl pattern, but once fully dry this can be gently scrunched out to reveal softer, more natural-feeling curls underneath.
Every head of curls is different, and it can sometimes take a little experimenting to find the right amounts and application technique for your hair type.
