How do I return an item?
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item for a refund, we are here to help. The items must be returned to us within 30 days of the goods being delivered to you.
To request a return, simply forward your order confirmation e-mail or proof of purchase, detailing your reason for return to hello@floracurl.com. We will advise you of the next steps.
Please note that we will not cover your cost of returning the item to us.
Once your returned item has been received, the item value will be refunded to your original form of payment and you will be notified via e-mail. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale Items
Products purchased during store-wide promotional event sales are final sales and cannot be returned for a refund.
