Camellia Oil
This is a Japanese oil with a sweet, herbal aroma. It is made from the seeds of the Camellia flower and is a great source of unsaturated fats (similar to Olive oil and Grapeseed oil). When used on hair, Camellia oil helps to condition the hair shaft, stimulate scalp circulation, and promote healthy hair growth by preventing breakage and split ends. Camellia oil is commonly used as a leave-in, best when applied to damp hair such as after showering. Grapeseed Oil
This oil contains Vitamin E, which is necessary for hair growth and health. The extensive proteins, minerals, and the linoleic acid it contains also offer a lot of benefits for our hair. A hot oil treatment using Grapeseed oil will help your hair look shiny, but not feel greasy.
Avocado Oil
Being an edible oil, Avocado oil is pressed from the avocado fruit and not the seed. It is high in monounsaturated fats and Vitamin E, and is quickly absorbed by skin and hair. Vitamins B and E in avocado oil strengthen hair and boost cellular level, replenishing hair and rejuvenating the scalp for hair growth.
Safflower Oil
This oil helps protects hair, nourishes hair follicles, moisturises, and stimulates blood circulation to promote hair growth and thickness.
Rice Bran Oil
A richly nourishing and nutrient-dense carrier oil. It has one of the softest and most velvety feels amongst carrier oils.
Jojoba Oil
This oil has balancing properties. If there is too much sebum build-up on the scalp, it dissolves and removes the sebum therefore keeping the scalp and hair in harmonious balance.
Baobab Oil
Coming from the Baobab tree, native to Africa, it blooms once a year. This rare oil warms well, and is known for its hair repairing properties as it contains one of the highest levels of antioxidants that protects hair from sun damage and heat styling damage.
Manketti Oil
Coming from the nuts of the Mongongo fruit trees, Manketti oil can be found in the deep sands of the Kalahari. It is tough in nature as it can survive droughts and massive ranges in temperatures. It has been used for centuries for its nutritive value and environmental protective properties.
Kalahari Oil
Containing a high level of copper which helps the production of melanin. It is responsible for keeping hair colour intact.
Papaya Oil
This oil is extracted from the sweet and delicious papaya fruit seeds. It helps to repair split ends and is known to restrict dandruff and protects from ultraviolet rays, making it an all-natural sunscreen.
Tangerine Fruit Oil
Citrus essential oils provide exceptional purifying benefits as they clean and deodorize our scalp. Naturally soothing, it help with controlling dryness of the scalp and dandruff.
Sweet Orange Fruit Oil
Similar to citrus oils, it is rich in Vitamin C, it dilates the blood capillaries to enhance nourishment to the follicles as a way to strengthen the hair roots and stimulate their growth.
