While it’s been a valuable journey, we’ve seen that our other offers, like the savings across our exclusive Bundles and the special gift when you leave a review, are making a bigger difference in bringing you more immediate, exciting rewards.

These special offers provide you with clear, upfront savings that you can take advantage of right away. By focusing on these programs, we aim to continue giving you the most value with every purchase, ensuring that your experience with us is always rewarding.

  • Why are you phasing out the loyalty program? 

      We have decided to focus on more effective offers and sales-driving strategies, which provide immediate value to our customers such as our welcome offer, subscriptions and review incentives.

  • When is the loyalty program ending? 

      The program will officially end at 11am EST on the 22nd November 2024. You will no longer be able to earn or redeem points after this date.

  • Can I still use my points before the program ends? 

      Yes! You can redeem your remaining points until the 22nd November 2024. Be sure to use them before the deadline to take full advantage of your rewards.

  • What happens to my unused points after the program ends? 

      Any unused points will expire after the 22nd November 2024, so we encourage you to redeem them before then. We will no longer be able to convert points to discounts or rewards after the program ends.

  • I didn’t get to use my points. Will I receive compensation?

      As a goodwill gesture, we’re offering a special discount code for you to use on your next purchase. This code offers 10% OFF your next order, however cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and codes.

      In order to be granted this special offer, please email our customer service team at hello@floracurl.com and we will share the code details with you providing you qualify. 

  • How will I know how many points I have left? 

      You can log into your account and view your current points balance in the rewards section. Make sure to redeem them before the 22nd November 2024.

  • Will you be introducing a new loyalty program or are you offering any other rewards to replace the loyalty program? 

      We currently do not have plans for a new loyalty program, but we are focusing on delivering great offers and discounts like a special offer when you leave a review and the % saving you can qualify for when purchasing into our subscription model.

  • How can I stay updated on new offers and promotions? 

      Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media to get the latest updates on our sales, exclusive discounts, and new product releases.

      Did you know we even have an Instagram Broadcast Channel for the inside scoop and a Facebook Curl Community Group to which all F&C curlfriends unite and share their tips and tricks. 

  • What should I do if I have a problem with my points or redeeming them before the deadline?
