★ 'Best Hair Butter' - NaturallyCurly Editor's Choice Awards 2018
Never worry about dry hair again with our multi-award winning styling butter which marries scalp care and haircare in one. This pink, velvety textured treat with its sweet and grounding essence of freshly picked rose petals is blended to leave your curls feeling petal-soft.
Has your hair and scalp ever said thank you? If not, this is the key to hearing your hair say those words. No, you won’t literally “hear” your hair say “thank you” but you will feel your hair say “thank you”. Treat delicate curls to a base of Shea Butter with the curl defining oil of Sweet Almond and shine promoting Coconut Oil and Camellia Oil to help curls retain all-day moisture.
It is potent, so a little goes a long way. It contains 0% water — allowing the benefits of the raw ingredients to be fully realised. Entirely made with pure, curl softening ingredients, it melts nicely between your fingertips ready to be instantly absorbed by your strands.
From dry and brittle to moisturised curls:
Sealing: After moisturising hair with the Floral Hydration Mist and/or oiling hair with the African Citrus Oil, warm a pea-sized amount of butter between your palms and distribute throughout hair from roots to ends to lock in the moisture to provide long term hydration. Can be used as the final step of the L.O.C method.
Twirling: Apply as above, then scrunch to create curls, or twirl strands between your fingers to create curls. Allow to air dry.
Twisting/Braiding: Apply to twist outs, braid outs, corn rows and protective styles to add shine and definition.
For a no-rinse deep conditioning treatment: Apply to clean and damp hair, with a focus on your ends as the driest. Cover hair with a shower cap. Apply heat if desired to improve penetration. Leave in to restore moisture, shine to dull and dry hair during the week.
Best used on damp hair, after application of the Floral Hydration Hair Mist to provide an additional layer to help seal in the water/hydration applied. If it melts (during warm weather and seasons), store it in the fridge.

Hibiscus Flower is an Ayurvedic flower, rich in antioxidants and imparts shine to the hair while promoting healthy growth. Hibiscus has been used since ancient times for its ability to delay pre-mature graying. Hibiscus is rich in amino acids, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and alpha Hydroxyl acid which aid in hair growth, hair loss and hair regrowth.
Camellia Oil is an ancient Japanese oil with a sweet, herbal aroma. Geishas and Maikos apply a lot, for the distinct Japanese traditional glossy hair look they prefer.
Shea Butter is a moisturizing fat that is naturally sourced from the African Shea tree in the east and west regions of Africa. This natural conditioning butter contains a unique fatty acid structure made of oleic, stearic, linoleic, linolenic, and palmitic acids—all of which contribute to shea’s conditioning properties. It is rich in the content of bio-active triterpene esters which provide beneficial properties including anti-irritancy, anti-inflammatory and enhanced UV-B protection. Shea butter with its SPF of 6 affords provides enhanced protection from the damaging effects of sun exposure to skin and hair. Shea butter helps combat numerous scalp related problems, such as dandruff, eczema, and itchy scalp.
Coconut Oil binds to the natural protein structure of the hair and so reinforces and strengthens the hair fibre.
