HOW TO USE

Left my hair dry and matted

This shampoo and conditioner left my wavy hair feeling dry coarse and matted. I emailed Flora and Curl twice to request a refund, as per their policy but they have not responded to either of my emails.

They responded to my first review saying they didn't receive my email, so I resent it and they have ignored that as well. Poor products and appalling customer service. I would not recommend this company.

Curl guarentee is a LIE

I contacted the company as the products did not work for me. They completely ignored my email so I was not able to return and get my money back within the 30 days as their so called "guarentee" states.

Returned Product and not sure I was refunded.

Unfortunately, this product made my hair feel like straw. I realize not all products will fit my needs, so the one star rating is directed towards customer service. I followed the return directions and sent email stating I would like to return this product and 2 more products which comes in a set. They did not really read the email, for they didn't answer a specific question. On to the next step, fill out a form stating the reason for returning products, so yes, you are having to complete the same step twice. Next, to the Post Office to pay for shipping the products back to the company. The refund does come quickly, however for spending $46.00 on this product and a duo set (gel & lotion), which I returned all three, only $30.00 made it back into my bank account. There is no mention as to why this is the case in the email or on their website. I would not recommend this company based on customer service to a friend.

We received 2 products in your return, 1 product which was part of the Style Me Duo set plus 1 other product not part of this set, because we didn't receive the full set we have refunded you for half of the cost of the Style Me Duo Set plus the price of the other product.

Love this shampoo. It feels watery, but still can get a good lather and really removes any buildup from products or hard water.
